| Moving into a new home is usually fun and exciting, regardless of how many times you've moved. To help someone with their Real Estate needs, in a way that meets or exceeds their expectations, is a rewarding experience. Besides the fun aspect, the many details of following through with a sale or purchase can be a little overwhelming and sometimes frustrating. With that in mind, my main goals are to help you find the right place and to help you through the entire closing process with the least amount of stress possible. |
| My Qualifications |
| Since September of 2004, I have served as a full time REALTOR in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area (where I ranked in the top 100 agents in 2007). Prior to that, my husband and I owned a distributorship selling medical equipment for 13 years, serving Washington, Oregon, Idaho and western Montana. I ran the office while he sold equipment. During that time I started and became PTA president and chief fundraiser for Eastside Christian School in Bellevue, Washington; worked as a professional fundraiser organizing auctions for Renton Civic Theatre in Renton, Washington; and eventually home schooled our 2 children for 5 of their school years. When they reached high school, I pursued my dream to venture into Real Estate. Because Windermere is so pro-active in continuing education, I have been able to polish my skills and keep current on changes regarding Real Estate. |
| Personal Interests |
| The most fun I have is in interacting with other people. This is one reason I like Real Estate. It's also one of the main reasons we love north Idaho. We have such a great atmosphere of friendly people and it's complemented by weather that's conducive to being outside all year round - skiing (water & snow), boating, picnics, deck parties, neighborhood potlucks, biking & hiking, etc. For those days when you might have to stay inside, reading, sewing and decorating are things I do for fun. |
